Preparation Method, Pan Sear or Grill

Bring to room temperature, lightly season with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning. Cook over medium high heat to form a crust, then transfer to a 250 degree oven to reach your desired internal temperature. Remove from heat, rest the steak, then slice and enjoy.
