Aromas of garnet Red intense and concentrated, with purple flashes. The typical rash nose variety also gives floral harmonies violet and the verve of fresh red and black fruit cherry, cassis.

Concentrated garnet red with violet glints in color. The nose offers notes of violet and spice combined with fresh red and black fruits of cherry and cassis. Tannins are rounded and rich in hints of bitter cocoa and macerated fruit. Intense and complex with very crisp acidity that allows an aging potential up to a decade.

Pairs best with red meats (roasted) and marinated in wine, roasted, stewed orchard, stuffed pasta with meat ragout (lasagna), potato cake, stew, hard cheeses and refined.
