Pillow soft yeast doughnuts inspired by the classic Berliner. Split and filled with dulce de leche or silky pastry cream, then dusted with sugar. Larger than Bolas de Fraile, ideal for sharing or a very sweet moment.

Reheat the oven 300°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
